Sabbatical Reflections

• The only one of the ten commandments that is a call to do is “Remember the Sabbath”. Adamantly pursue Sabbath.
• Relationships are messy. Embrace messiness, Learn grace, and Love hard.
• Commit to being an active student of God’s Word.
• Your plans always need to have room for change.
• You can only change you.
• There is no place like home.
• Faithfulness and obedience to God are necessary foundations for legacy living.

It is ALL about God!! (Isa 53)

Thank God (vv. 12-14)

• He judges.
• He appeals.
• He gives mercy & grace.

Embrace God (vv. 15-16)

• Jesus saves us.
• Jesus’ love shows though us.

Exalt God (vv. 17)

• He is the Only God.
• He deserves all honor & glory.

How to live to leave a Godly Legacy

• Taking time to often thank God.
• Choosing to embrace Christ as Savior.
• Pursuing His plan.
• Praising God.
