Ways You Can Help Bless Our Local Community

Open Link - Here are some ways you can help bless our local community:

• Volunteers Needed for Kids Summer Meal Program: This program is so vital in our area -  last year alone, Open Link handed out over 13,000 breakfasts and lunches to area children. Distributing such a large amount of meals is something that the Open Link pantry staff cannot do alone! They need your help to be able to pack, load, drive and distribute the summer meals to area children this June, July and August. Please click here for more details and to sign up to help.
• Food Pantry Items: Currently, the most needed food items for Open Link's Pantry are peanut butter, canned light beans (garbanzos, navy, etc.), pasta, sauce, hot cereal, pancake mix, syrup, paper towels, toilet paper, & personal care items like soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors and feminine hygiene products. And of course they continue to count on UPCC to provide chili.
