How is UPCC equipping youth to Love God and Love Others?
At Upper Perkiomen Community Church, our Youth Ministry is passionately committed to helping students love God deeply and express that love naturally toward others. Our goal? To raise up students who impact their schools, peers, and communities with the Gospel of Jesus Christ .
Two Ways We Help Students Grow:
-
Junior High (Grades 6–8)
We bring faith to life through high-energy, interactive teaching rooted in God’s Word. Whether it’s through fun outings like bowling or small-group chats about expressing faith in everyday school life, we encourage students to discover—and fall in love with—a loving, active God. -
Senior High (Grades 9–12)
Teens are challenged not just to hear God’s Word, but to live it out daily. In a nurturing environment grounded in Biblical teaching and authentic Christian relationships, we equip students to become "doers" of the Word—shining as salt and light in their world.
Partnering with Families
We value parent involvement! Parents are invited to engage in family activities, participate, speak, and even host youth events—building a supportive community that strengthens faith at home and beyond.
Why It Matters
-
Loving God: Youth experience God through teaching, fellowship, and intentional spiritual experiences.
-
Loving Others: They learn to serve and influence their peers with Christ’s love, embodying community and compassion.
-
Empowered: Students aren’t just spectators—they’re active contributors, using their gifts and passions to shape the church body.
