BIG IDEA: People who have been forgiven boundlessly, MUST forgive
boundlessly.

Scene #1: A HUGE Debt Forgiven (v.23-27)

Scene #2: A (relatively) Tiny Debt Demanded (vv. 28-30)

Scene #3: Debt Forgiveness Required (vv. 31-35)

• WARNING: If you claim to be a Christ follower and you are unwilling to forgive, then something is not right.
• Unlimited Forgiveness is Required of all (v.35)
• From your heart (v.35)
• Key: Focusing more on what God has done FOR me than on what that person
  did TO me, plants my feet on the road to forgiveness.

Key Questions

1. Have you thanked God recently for his past and ongoing forgiveness?
2. Are you withholding forgiveness from anyone?
3. How is the King’s extravagant mercy and forgiveness playing out in your life?
