UPCC Re-Opening Survey

Good evening all,

As the elders continue to pray about how to best return to corporate worship together at church, they would like to hear from each of the members in regard to your thoughts and desires on this topic. The elders will be meeting again soon, so please take the time to submit our Re-opening Survey before Monday night, June 15th. It should only take a few minutes.
